Booth Rates

  • Associate Exhibitor – $1,775 (per 8′ x 10′) Standard booth, or $2,025 (per 8’x10′) Premium booth*
  • Non-Associate Exhibitor** – $3,550 (per 8′ x 10′) Standard booth

*Premium booths are considered high traffic areas and are only available to ACWA Associate exhibitors.                                (Available on a first come, first serve basis)

What’s Included with Exhibit Booth Registration?

  • Exhibit booth space (8’ deep x 10’ wide) includes 8’ draped back wall and 3’ draped side walls.
  • Exhibitor I.D. Sign and Number
  • Conference Registration for two (2) allotted Exhibit booth personnel – includes access to designated ACWA meal functions.    (Additional booth personnel are purchased separately).
  • Pre-conference and post-conference attendees list
  • Listing on the Conference Mobile App with your company name, logo, booth number, description, contact information, hyperlink to company website, and direct link to booth location on Exhibit hall map.

Thursday, May 15 11 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Move out
Exhibit Hall must be vacated by 4:30 p.m.

Connect with the water community during our popular Tuesday Welcome Reception and Wednesday Evening Reception in the exhibit hall; enjoy additional time with attendees during Wednesday’s Continental Breakfast and Networking Luncheon break periods, as well as close up final sales before Thursday morning’s brunch and prize giveaways.

Official Service Contractor

Need shipping or booth furniture? American Exposition Services (AES) is our official services contractor. Furniture, carpet, electricity and internet access are not provided by ACWA, but may be ordered through AES Marketplace.  Advanced Warehouse Shipping is preferred and the best way to ship your booth materials. AES Marketplace online order information and shipping/material handling guidelines will be emailed AES.  (Please sure to add them to your accepted email list!)

SPECIAL!  AES has created a special discounted package for ACWA exhibitors which includes either a 4ft or 6ft table with two chairs. Order early for special pricing.

Hotel Information

ACWA has secured a discounted Group hotel room block at the Portola Plaza Hotel & Spa, Monterey Marriott, Hotel Pacific and Hotel Abrego (subject to availability). 

Registered exhibitors/booth staff will receive an email from ACWA with the hotel registration link.  You MUST register as an Exhibitor or Allotted Booth Staff FIRST in order to receive the hotel information. If you do not receive this email, please contact ACWA Events at events@acwa.com.

Fraudulent Housing Alert

Please be advised that Exhibition Management companies are contacting ACWA exhibitors implying that they have been contracted by ACWA to handle all exhibitor housing.  ACWA has not contracted with any housing company and any information provided to them may be used for fraudulent purposes.
