ACWA’s 2022 Fall Conference & Exhibition is November 29 – December 1 at the Renaissance Esmeralda and Hyatt Regency in Indian Wells, CA.

Booth Rates

  • Associate Exhibitor – $1,395 per 8 x 10 Standard booth or $1,695 per Premium booth
  • Non-Associate Exhibitor* – $2,790 per 8 x 10 Standard booth or $3,090 per Premium booth

Limited amount of Premium Booth Spots – Premium booths are considered high traffic areas.

*Become an ACWA Associate and save $1,395 per 8 x 10 booth. You’ll receive all the benefits of an ACWA Associate, along with the opportunity to participate in ACWA’s sponsorship levels Silver – Diamond allowing you to receive special benefits and level recognition at Fall Conference. What’s Included with Exhibit Booth Registration?

  • Exhibit booth space (8’ deep x 10’ wide) includes 8’ draped back wall and 3’ draped side walls.
  • Exhibitor I.D. Sign and Number
  • Conference Registration for two (2) allotted Exhibit booth personnel – including the ability to attend any sessions.  (Additional booth personnel and meals are purchased separately).
  • Pre-conference and post-conference attendees list
  • Listing on the Conference Mobile App with your company name, booth number, description, contact information, hyperlink to company website, and direct link to booth location on Exhibit hall map.
  • Each booth staff receives 2 drink tickets to the Welcome Reception.

** American Exposition Services (AES) is the official contractor for exhibit hall services. Exhibitor kits – furniture, electricity, carpet and internet, will be emailed by AES. Table and chairs are not included (special discounted package is available). Exhibit Hall is carpeted. Order early for special pricing.

Thursday, Dec. 1 12 p.m. – 4:30 p.m. Move out
Exhibit Hall must be vacated by 4:30 p.m.

Connect with the water community during our popular Tuesday Welcome Reception, the newest Wednesday Networking Luncheon and Evening Reception in the Exhibit Hall; as well as close up final sales during Thursday morning’s Networking Breakfast.

With an afternoon ice cream, exhibitor mobile app activities, and prizes including conference registration, cash and exhibitor prizes – attendees love to hang out in the Exhibit Hall!

Official Service Contractor

Need shipping or booth furniture? American Exposition Services (AES) is our official service contractor. Furniture, carpet, electricity and internet access are not provided by ACWA, but you may get the order forms through AES. Advanced Warehouse Shipping is preferred and the best way to ship your booth materials. Shipping/material handling guidelines will be sent by AES.

  • AES has created a special discounted package for ACWA exhibitors which includes either a 4ft or 6ft table with two chairs. Order early for special pricing.

Hotel Information

ACWA has a discounted hotel room block at the Renaissance Esmeralda Resort & Spa and Hyatt Regency Indian Wells Resort & Spa.

Registered exhibitors/booth staff will receive an email from ACWA with the hotel registration link.  You MUST register as an Exhibitor or Allotted Booth Staff FIRST in order to receive the hotel information. If you do not receive this email on August 15, 2022, please contact ACWA Events at events@acwa.com.

Please be advised that Exhibition Management companies are contacting ACWA exhibitors implying that they have been contracted by ACWA to handle all exhibitor housing.  ACWA has not contracted with any housing company and any information provided to them may be used for fraudulent purposes.
