The 2024 ACWA Fall Conference & Expo will take place in Palm Desert, CA. from December 3 – 5, 2024 at the JW Marriott Desert Springs Resort & Spa. Does ACWA offer a hotel block? ACWA secures a courtesy hotel block to offer registered conference attendees hotel rooms at a discounted group rate. For the 2024 Fall Conference & Expo, ACWA negotiated with the JW Marriott Desert Springs for the largest hotel room block possible. What is the cancellation policy? Cancellation deadline is November 15, 2024 at 4:30 pm (PT). All registration changes and cancellations must be made in writing by the event registration deadline. Valid cancellation requests will receive a refund of any registration fees paid minus a $75 processing charge. For payments originally made by credit card, refunds can be issued back onto the credit card within 60 days. Otherwise, a refund will be issued by check.
