Service. Community” video series during the 2025 STAR Awards Luncheon, hosted by the California Association of Public Information Officials (CAPIO). The award underscores WVWD’s commitment to transparency, education, and community engagement through storytelling. The “Water. Community. Service.” Video series spotlights the trusted voices of its employees and the community members they serve. Through candid stories and testimonials, the series showcases the care, trust, and commitment that define WVWD’s service, while highlighting the unseen infrastructure and ongoing investments that ensure reliable water today and for generations to come, “This series is a reflection of our dedication to serving the people who depend on us,” said West Valley Water District Director Angela Garcia. “I’m proud that it highlights not only the work we do, but the passion our staff brings to serving our community.
