ACWA represents more than 460 public water agencies that collectively deliver approximately 90 percent of the water used in California for domestic, agricultural, and industrial uses. ACWA appreciates DWR’s leadership to quickly develop and release for public input the Guidelines and Proposal Solicitation Package. This funding will be essential to respond to the urgent challenges the drought conditions impose.
