WELL Accepting Applications for Two Leadership Programs by ACWA Staff Jul 15, 2026 Water News Water Education for Latino Leaders (WELL) is currently accepting applications for both its Educate 2 Lead leadership development program and UnTapped Fellowship program. The Educate 2 Lead program is designed for mid-level managers in California’s water and energy sectors. Participants engage in four in-person sessions designed to foster practical leadership skills and professional growth. More information about the program, including eligibility requirements, meeting dates and the application, is available online. Deadline to apply is July 24. WELL is also accepting applications for its UnTapped Fellowship, a six-month, in-person leadership program designed for local elected leaders to deepen their understanding of California’s water challenges and strengthen their capacity to make informed water policy decisions.
