DWA Board Elects 2026 Officers by Desert Water Agency Jan 7, 2026 Member Submitted News At its January 6, 2026, meeting, the Desert Water Agency Board of Directors conducted its annual election of officers. Director Kristin Bloomer was elected to serve as President and Director Gerald McKenna was elected as Vice President. Director Paul Ortega was elected to serve as Secretary-Treasurer. The reorganization is as follows: President Kristin Bloomer Division 5 Vice President Gerald McKenna Division 2 Secretary-Treasurer Paul Ortega Division 4 Director Jeff Bowman Division 3 Director Steve Grasha Division 1 The Board meets at 8 a.m. on the first and third Tuesday of each month in the DWA Board Room, located at 1200 S.
