The State Water Resources Control Board is holding a two-part webinar series to gather input on the Urban Water Use Objective reporting form that was due Jan. 1, 2025. The two-part webinar will be split into the following topics:

  • Part 1 (May 14, from 10 – 11:30 a.m.): Inputs related to objective calculations, including alternative data and variances. Register here.
  • Part 2 (May 15, from 10 – 11:30 a.m.): Commercial, Industrial, and Institutional Performance Measures. Register here.

The intended audience is people that filled out and submitted the reporting form so that the feedback gathered at these sessions can help State Water Board staff make user experience improvements for the next reporting cycle. The webinars will be held on Zoom and will not be recorded.

The Urban Water Use Objective is part of the Making Conservation a California Way of Life Regulation that was adopted last year. More information on the regulation is available on the State Water Board’s website.
