ACWA represents over 470 public water agencies that deliver over 90 percent of the water delivered for residential, agricultural and commercial purposes in California. CMUA represents 50 water agencies that deliver drinking water to over 75 percent of Californians. ACWA and CMUA respectfully submit the following comments for consideration by the State Water Board.
