Exhibit Space

Booth space is assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, as complete applications and payments are received.  Exhibit Space Registration available below.  A confirmation e-mail with information regarding how to register booth personnel, order furniture, electricity, and internet, and reserve hotel rooms will be sent after Exhibit Space Application & Contract is received and processed.  

 
Booth Rental:      
Advantage Pricing $1025;
Standard Pricing $2,050 for each Standard 8'x10' booth. 
 
Tabletop Rental:  
Advantage Pricing $ 925;
Standard Pricing $1,850 for each Table Top display

** SPECIAL NOTICE REGARDING CONVENTION HOUSING***
 
Please be advised that ALL CONVENTION HOUSING is made directly through ACWA.  Hotel information is provided to all REGISTERED EXHIBITORS through their Exhibitor Kit.  At no time will the Conference Host Hotel solicit housing outside of ACWA's room block, and at no time would Exhibitors be contacted directly unless responding to an inquiry.   

Booth Personnel

ACWA provides three (3) complimentary conference registrations for the standard 8’x10’ booth and two (2) per table top rental. Your exhibitor badge entitles you to be admitted to all conference programs for the day you are registered. Exhibitors may also participate in meals and entertainment activities by paying the established price.

Additional Personnel

Additional personnel beyond the included 3 MUST register for the conference. They may purchase full conference registration OR an exhibit hall only badge. The Exhibit Hall Only badge limits access to the exhibit hall only and DOES NOT entitle the personnel to attend conference programs. Meals can also be purchased for additional personnel.

Official Service Contractor

Standard booths are 8’ deep by 10’ wide with a 8’ draped back wall and 3’ draped side walls. Furniture, electricity and internet access are not provided, but may be ordered through American Exposition Services. Tabletop displays will be furnished with a 6’ draped table and one chair. Electricity, internet access, and additional furniture are not provided, but may be ordered through American Exposition Services.

Technical Presentations

Exhibitor Technical Presentations are made available to Conference exhibitors only.   Exhibitors may request to schedule one technical presentation during the Conference. The number of slots is limited to eight and presentation assignments are based on appropriateness of content as determined by ACWA.  After time slots have been filled, there will be a waiting list.  Requests for Exhibitor Technical Presentations will be forwarded in your confirmation packet.   
Each room holds approximately 75-100 people, and will be equipped with a screen and LCD. You must provide your own laptop. If you require additional audio-visual equipment, you will be responsible for the cost.

Prize Drawings

To help increase traffic at your booth, we invite your contribution to ACWA's exhibit hall prize drawings. Upon registration, conference attendees will receive a card listing each contributing exhibitor. Attendees have to visit your booth for you to sign the card. Attendees are then eligible for the drawings once they have visited all the contributing exhibitors and their cards are filled.

Cash prizes are based on the amount contributed by exhibitors and will be awarded on Wednesday and Thursday.

To participate in this cash prize fund, please mark "YES" on your exhibitor application and include an additional $50 with your booth rental fee. If you choose to participate in the drawing, your booth must be occupied during the hours the exhibit hall is open.

Prize drawings take place following lunch on Wednesday and before lunch on Thursday

Welcome Reception

The exhibit hall opens on Tuesday evening, before the conference begins. It's the first opportunity to welcome conference attendees with a special Welcome Reception. This hosted reception will allow attendees to relax and meet with exhibitors and other attendees before the ACWA Conference & Exhibition shifts into high gear. To help increase traffic to your booth during this event, exhibitors are encouraged to host a tray of hors d’oeuvres at your booth or table. When you receive your confirmation information as an Exhibitor you will be sent information about hosting the hors d' oeuvres.
