MWDOC HOSTS 2020 WATER POLICY FORUM VIRTUAL SPEAKER SERIES: BAY DELTA by Municipal Water District of Orange County Sep 21, 2020 Member Submitted News FOUNTAIN VALLEY – The Municipal Water District of Orange County (MWDOC) welcomes water industry and business professionals, elected officials, and members of the public to attend MWDOC’s first ever Virtual Water Policy Forum on Wednesday, September 23, from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. The program will feature an online presentation and discussion led by keynote speaker Michael George, Delta Watermaster, State Water Resources Control Board. Mr. George will reflect on the past year’s developments with Delta Conveyance, and discuss future infrastructure projects that will enhance Southern California’s water supplies and reliability. Event attendees will have the opportunity to participate in live polls and Q&A, and will also receive a choice of free virtual backdrops to use throughout the presentation.
