Save Our Water

As Californians face a fourth year of serious drought, Save Our Water -- a partnership between ACWA and the California Department of Water Resources -- is in high gear to reach out to consumers with information on reducing household water use, both indoors and outdoors.

Building on the program’s successes in 2014, Save Our Water is expanding its focus on changing long-term water-use behavior to help Californians keep the momentum they have built as they answer the call to save water. In spring 2015, Save Our Water will feature a statewide marketing campaign and an enhanced website that will serve as a modern conservation hub.

In addition to creating new tips, tools & infographics, the site will feature an innovative new water calculator designed to allow users to create personalized water savings reports complete with equivalencies to connect the data better to every day Californians.
